Tender and flavorful BBQ ribs made effortlessly in a slow cooker, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Arrange the ribs in the slow cooker.
  3. Mix the BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar in a bowl, then pour over the ribs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or until the ribs are tender.
  5. Serve with additional BBQ sauce if desired.

Notes

For best results, marinate the ribs overnight in the BBQ sauce and spices. Finish under the broiler for a nice crust.
