A comforting and hearty One-Pot Goulash that’s quick to prepare, perfect for busy families.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and green bell pepper; cook until soft.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, macaroni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot, topped with grated cheese if desired.
