Crockpot Chicken and Gravy

A comforting and satisfying dish of tender chicken cooked in a rich gravy, perfect for busy days.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet of brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, brown gravy mix, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. Shred the chicken with forks and stir it back into the gravy.
  6. Serve over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or onion powder. For thicker gravy, mix cornstarch and water and add in the last 30 minutes.
