A delightful dish combining healthy broccoli with comforting cheese and creamy sauce, perfect for family dinners and potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with bread crumbs.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.

Notes
