Ingredients

  • 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine (sparkling brut or extra brut preferred)
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
  2. Gather all your ingredients and place them on a clean countertop for easy access.
  3. Mix the white cranberry juice with half of the chilled champagne in a large pitcher.
  4. Blend the juice with ice in a blender for a frozen twist (optional).
  5. Pour the mixture into champagne flutes or sparkling wine glasses.
  6. Add fresh cranberries and a sprig of rosemary for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately while the mimosas are bubbly and fresh.
