These cookies are a delightful blend of creamy white chocolate and crunchy macadamia nuts in a soft, chewy base.

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs until well blended.
  4. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, until edges are golden brown.
  8. Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
