Deliciously chewy cookies with creamy white chocolate and crunchy macadamia nuts, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space in between.
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

These cookies can be served warm with ice cream or paired with milk for a nostalgic treat. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
