A refreshing and creamy whipped pink lemonade, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
  3. Chill the pink lemonade with ice in a separate pitcher.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the pink lemonade gently.
  5. Serve in glasses, garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.

Notes
