A quick and healthy Veggie Stir Fry packed with colorful vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broccoli
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup Snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chopped broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers to the pan.
  4. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add snap peas and soy sauce, stirring to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Cut vegetables into similar sizes for even cooking. Use fresh ginger and garlic for the best flavor.
