A delightful embodiment of freshness, comfort, and the magic of simplicity with tender salmon fillets complemented by butter, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and spinach.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted and bubbling.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, seasoned with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until the salmon is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and spinach into the skillet, cooking until the spinach is wilted and tomatoes are slightly softened, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish your succulent salmon with fresh basil before serving, adding an aromatic finish to this gorgeous dish.

Notes

Best served fresh; store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
