Decadent Turtle Brownies with rich chocolate, gooey caramel, and crunchy pecans. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix into the butter mixture.
  4. Stir in the chopped pecans and half of the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan, then drizzle caramel sauce over it.
  6. Spread the remaining batter over the caramel and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat. Store in an airtight container.
