Delicious and moist turkey meatballs seasoned with garlic and parsley, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Gather the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into bite-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding Italian seasoning. These meatballs can be frozen for later meals.
