An easy and satisfying Tuna Melt Wrap recipe, perfect for a quick lunch or snack, featuring creamy tuna, melty cheese, and optional fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or other)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Butter or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Mix the Tuna Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheese, chopped onions, and chopped celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place a tortilla on a flat surface, and spoon a generous amount of the tuna mixture onto the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  5. Grill the wrap seam side down on the skillet until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, cut in half if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with potato chips or a salad for a balanced meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
