A decadent loaf that combines the nutty goodness of pistachios with the richness of three types of chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  • â…“ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry and stir.
  5. Fold in 1½ cups of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the bread in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  9. Prepare the chocolate glaze by melting butter, chocolate chips, and heavy cream.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread and serve.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream; store leftovers in an airtight container.
