  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the hot skillet and cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes, then stir occasionally until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes in total.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the mixed vegetables and cook until just tender yet still crisp, around 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to combine, cooking for another 2 minutes.
