4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup tequila
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the tequila, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder.
Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
