A comforting and hearty dish that combines ground beef, vegetables, and tater tots for a quick, satisfying meal.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: onion and garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder if desired.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer the tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the tater tots.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or meat substitutes. For a crispier topping, bake a few extra minutes until golden. Add spices or herbs like paprika or Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
