  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil or Melted Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Combine the granulated sugar and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Greet the butter or oil by adding it to the sugars; mix until smooth.
  4. Blend in the eggs one at a time, ensuring they are at room temperature.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
