Delicious stuffed mushrooms with a creamy cheese filling, perfect for appetizers or gatherings.

  • 16 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove the stems.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the creamy mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle them lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  8. Let them cool for a few moments before serving warm.

Notes

Choose firm mushrooms and consider adding cooked sausage, crab meat, or spinach to the stuffing for added flavor.
