A refreshing blend of strawberries and peaches with tangy lemon juice, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup ripe peaches, pitted and diced
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cups sparkling water (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Blend the fruits: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, diced peaches, and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Combine the mixtures: In a large pitcher, combine the blended fruit mixture with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and cold water. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Adjust sweetness: Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar or water.
  4. Chill to perfection: Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with a fizzy touch: To serve, fill glasses with ice, pour the strawberry peach lemonade over the ice, and top with sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
  6. Garnish and enjoy: Garnish with fresh fruit slices or mint leaves if desired.
