Delicious and wholesome oatmeal bars packed with fresh strawberries, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your milk of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Gather your ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
  4. Slide the baking dish into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and the center feels firm.
  5. Once baked, cool for a few minutes before slicing into bars and serving.

Notes
