Delicious Strawberry Nutella crepes perfect for breakfast or dessert, combining airy crepes with rich Nutella and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nutella
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, tilting it to spread evenly.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges are lightly browned, then flip and cook the other side for another minute.
  5. Repeat with the remaining batter, adjusting the heat as necessary.
  6. Spread a generous layer of Nutella on each crepe.
  7. Add sliced strawberries on top of the Nutella.
  8. Serve the crepes dusted with powdered sugar.

Notes

Crepes can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days with parchment paper between them. Best assembled just before serving for maximum freshness.
