A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of fresh strawberries, cream cheese, and graham crackers, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 package Graham Crackers, crushed into fine crumbs (About 1012 sheets)
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping, thawed (can substitute with homemade whipped cream)
  • 3 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Graham Crackers into fine crumbs.
  2. Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Prepare the cream cheese layer by beating softened cream cheese until fluffy, then adding sugar and vanilla extract.
  4. Fold thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Assemble the layers starting with graham cracker mixture in a dish, then a layer of cream cheese mixture, followed by sliced fresh strawberries.
  6. Repeat layering with the remaining ingredients and finish with sliced strawberries on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve dusted with powdered sugar, sliced into squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The graham cracker base may soften over time but retains flavor.
