Delicious and easy-to-make steak bites served with crispy roasted potatoes, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
  4. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and paprika.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil.
  6. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  7. Serve the steak bites alongside the roasted potatoes.

Notes

For maximum tenderness, slice the steak against the grain. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
