  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the marinade: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the steak and shrimp: Add the steak cubes and shrimp to the marinade, ensuring they’re well coated, and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill: While marinating, preheat your grill to medium heat.
  4. Assemble the kabobs: Thread the steak, shrimp, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
  5. Grill to perfection: Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve and enjoy: Remove the kabobs from the grill and serve immediately.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning. Customize veggies as desired.
