A creamy, cheesy, and utterly delectable dip, perfect for gatherings and casual get-togethers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup chopped artichokes (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing it out into an even layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and lightly golden on top.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, bread, or an assortment of vegetables.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. You can also swap out sour cream with Greek yogurt or add sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
