Instructions

  1. Combine dry ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add water: Gradually stir in the water until the batter reaches desired consistency.
  3. Heat up the pan: Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil or ghee.
  4. Pour batter into the skillet: Using a ladle, pour the batter into the hot skillet, forming small pancakes.
