A delicious cheesecake that combines the nostalgic flavors of s’mores with a creamy texture, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Create the graham cracker crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then pressing into a springform pan.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  6. Cool the cheesecake after baking.
  7. Spread the chocolate ganache over the cooled cheesecake.
  8. Toast the mini marshmallows on top until golden.
  9. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator before serving.
