Indulge in these rich S’mores Brownies, combining fudgy chocolate with graham crackers and marshmallows for a delightful twist on a classic treat.

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl until warm. Stir in the sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Don’t forget to add the vanilla extract!
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients, ensuring no lumps. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows on top of the first layer of brownie batter.
  7. Top with the remaining brownie batter, smoothing it out.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until fudgy and mostly clean when tested with a toothpick.
  9. Cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or freeze for up to three months.
