Decadent brownies that encapsulate the beloved flavor of s’mores with a fudgy chocolate base, graham cracker crumbs, and toasted marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix the melted butter and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time and then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; then fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top.
  9. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the marshmallows are lightly toasted.
  10. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Pair with vanilla ice cream or chocolate syrup for an indulgent treat. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or 1 week in the refrigerator.
