Delicious smoked salmon bagels, perfect for brunch or a light meal, featuring cream cheese, capers, and fresh dill.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bagels
  • 4 oz Smoked salmon
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 1/4 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice and toast the bagels until golden and crisp.
  2. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each half.
  3. Layer the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Add capers, sliced red onion, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill.
  6. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Pair with a side of fresh fruit salad or a green salad. Excellent with orange juice or coffee.
