A comforting and creamy slow-cooker dish featuring tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and cheddary goodness, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Next, generously layer the fresh broccoli florets on top of the chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce evenly over the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
