  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the shrimp with lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  3. Assemble by placing a tostada shell on a plate.
  4. Top with shredded cabbage, cooked shrimp, pico de gallo, avocado slices, and a drizzle of sour cream.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, toast the tostada shells in the oven before assembling.
