  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp marinade by combining shrimp with minced garlic, chili powder, and salt. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
  4. Assemble the tacos by distributing the shrimp evenly across the warmed tortillas. Top with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, sour cream, and cilantro.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the tacos before serving for added zest.
