  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, seasoning with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted to create a velvety sauce.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
