A delightful dish featuring farfalle pasta, succulent shrimp, and crunchy broccoli, brightened with lemon and topped with Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Farfalle pasta
  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Next, add the shrimp to the pan, cooking until they turn pink and are fully cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Combine the broccoli and cooked farfalle pasta into the pan, gently tossing everything together.
  6. Squeeze the juice of a fresh lemon over the pasta and mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Plate your vibrant dish and generously top it with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

To enhance flavors, consider adding red pepper flakes for a kick. You can substitute the shrimp with chicken breast or tofu.
