  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a large rimmed baking sheet with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, folding until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly.
  6. Add optional toppings over the batter if desired.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly, cut into squares, and serve with syrup or fresh fruit.

Notes
