Delicious and customizable sheet pan nachos with layers of crispy chips, gooey cheese, hearty black beans, and vibrant toppings.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend)
  • Black beans (canned, drained and rinsed)
  • Jalapeños (sliced, fresh or pickled)
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salsa or pico de gallo
  • Green onions (sliced)
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Seasoning (cumin, chili powder, or taco seasoning)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Add black beans and sliced jalapeños on top of the cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and green onions before serving.

Notes

For best texture, reheat leftovers in the oven. Feel free to switch up the toppings based on your preferences.
