A quick and easy meal combining tender chicken with colorful bell peppers and onions, all seasoned to perfection and cooked on one pan for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the chicken, bell peppers, onion, fajita seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve with tortillas and lime wedges.

Notes

For added flavor, squeeze fresh lime juice on top of the fajitas before serving.
