An elegant twist on classic lasagna, this seafood version features layers of lobster, shrimp, and creamy cheeses for a comforting and indulgent dish.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Mix ricotta cheese, garlic powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer cooked noodles on top, followed by the ricotta mixture, lobster, shrimp, mozzarella, and another layer of marinara sauce.
  6. Repeat the layering process, finishing with noodles topped with marinara and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Allow the lasagna to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Pair with a crisp salad and garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
