Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Fillings (e.g., cheese, ham, spinach, mushrooms, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk together eggs and milk in another bowl until well blended.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the bowl of flour and stir gently until smooth.
  4. Add melted butter to the batter and mix well.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and swirl to cover the bottom.
  7. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes as you go.
  9. Fill each crepe with your choice of fillings and serve warm.
