1 lb Italian sausage (mild or spicy, casings removed)
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Boil the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
