A comforting breakfast casserole featuring savory sausage, crispy hash browns, and melted cheese, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  3. Combine the sausage, hash browns, cheese, eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
