  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the graham cracker base by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Form the base layer by pressing the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix the cream cheese filling by beating the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  5. Combine the filling by gently folding the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the graham cracker base.
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  8. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the cream cheese layer and sprinkle with optional sprinkles.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set before cutting into bars.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. You can add a hint of almond extract for a twist.
