  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the cream cheese and softened butter until smooth.
  3. Add in the sugars and mix until light and fluffy.
  4. Include the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the salted caramel sauce gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Allow them to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
