Delicious salmon patties that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.75 oz) of salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
  2. Form the mixture into evenly sized patties, approximately half an inch thick.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until hot.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve warm, optionally with fresh lemon on top.

Notes

These patties are versatile and can be served with a salad or sweet potato fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
