A simple yet flavorful marinade for salmon that transforms any dish into a culinary delight.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and dill until well blended.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place the salmon in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
  4. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  5. Remove the salmon from the marinade and cook by grilling, baking, or pan-searing as desired.

Notes

For unique flavors, experiment with different herbs like thyme or parsley. Ensure salmon is cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F.
