  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage, preferably spicy
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 ounces) of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese and breakfast sausage until well blended.
  3. Fold in the drained Rotel tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
