A creamy and smoky dip that combines roasted jalapeños with rich cream cheese and cheddar, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 23 roasted jalapeños, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Roast the jalapeños on a baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes until charred.
  3. Cool and chop the jalapeños finely.
  4. Combine the cream cheese, chopped jalapeños, shredded cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, cumin, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature for easier mixing. Adjust jalapeño quantity based on heat preference.
