- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows or 4 cups miniature marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted.
- Combine the Rice Krispies cereal with the marshmallow mixture and stir until well coated.
- Press the mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan using a buttered spatula or wax paper.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Can freeze wrapped tightly in plastic for up to 6 weeks.
